Accessibility Statement
Crimson Performance Health Inc.
Last Updated: October 15, 2026
Our Commitment
Crimson Performance Health Inc. aims to make our website and mobile apps usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What We Do Today
- Our mobile apps use native accessibility labels and roles, so screen readers can announce buttons and controls.
- Text in our mobile apps follows your device’s text size setting, up to 1.5 times the standard size.
- Our website is built with semantic HTML, including headings, page landmarks, native buttons and form labels.
Known Limitations
Some areas of our website and mobile apps may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are reviewing them and fixing issues as we find them.
Report a Problem or Request an Accessible Alternative
If something is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email us at support@crimson.healthcare with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please tell us:
- The page or app screen where you had the problem.
- The device and browser or app version you were using.
- Any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader or magnifier.
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
